In most cases, ready-to-ship orders placed by 1pm EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please check our homepage for notifications regarding delays in shipping time.

Made-to-Order items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Actual shipping time is 2-3 day and varies based on your location.

We are pleased to exchange your unworn/unwashed item in its original condition within 30 days of the original delivery date. The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs. Kandyman Graphics reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the item appears damaged, worn, or returned after 30th day.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Because we offer a wide variety of colors and sizes in many of our items we are unable to keep every size and color in stock at all times. Therefore, these items are not created until you order them. Generally, made-to-order items are created within 2-3 business days but this timing may vary during extremely busy or travel seasons.
